PARKING- 1 assigned parking space per unit. Up to 2 additional vehicles allowed with approval. See welcome guide for details. Overnight boat/trailer/RV parking is prohibited and subject to towing without notice and a fine. Contact host for for off property tailer/boat parking recommendations. QUIET HOURS- Are from 10:01 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., including decks per city of Osage Beach ordinance FIREPLACE- Due to new city regulations, the fireplace has been disabled and is NOT be used in any way. GRILLS - Per new city regulations ONLY electric grills are the only authorized grills which may be used decks. CHARCOAL AND GAS GRILLS ARE PROHIBITED (with the exemption of the community picnic area located at the center of the complex by the pool) Open flame deep fryers and smokers are prohibited as well A person must be present at all times on deck when BBQ grill is in operation. Proper maintenance and operation is required to ensure excessive smoke does not become a nuisance to adjoining decks and units. Cooking is not allowed on the pool deck, parking lot side decks, docks or entry walkways. No use of hair dyes, glitter or self tanning/spray tan products in unit or fresh spray tans on furniture or linens. Additional fees for extra cleaning or stained items will be charged.

Very pretty and clean place. Hannah was very nice and let us have a late check out. Was very grateful for that the morning after thanks giving when we were moving slow haha. Will for sure keep this in mind when we are visiting family again.

My girlfriends and I did a spontaneous trip to Lake of the Ozarks and we were more than presently surprised by the space, location, and how easy settling in was. We came to Lake of the Ozarks because of videos we saw on social media and specifically for the bar & day drinking scene. Hannah's place was an under 10 min Uber to Back Water Jacks, which was one of our favorite bars. Other than that it was around a 15-30 min drive to other bars from the house. Coconuts was one bar that we wanted to stop by, but this is the opposite side of the lake which is around a 45min ride, this haul was not worth the ROI in our eyes after seeing the other easier options. Make sure to scout out what side of the lake you want to do most of your hanging out. The condo complex is on by the water with docs, (not Hannah's place, but the complex itself) so it was very easy to locate the condos while on boats & jet skis this weekend. Overall, Hannah's place was the perfect home base.
